01 Return Eligibility

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, certain food, natural, personal-care, or consumable products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
02 Return Request Period
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, name, contact number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the product and packaging.
03 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
04 Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, and quality reasons, opened or used consumable products generally cannot be returned.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Opened products where return is not appropriate.
- Products without their original packaging, where applicable.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Items purchased during promotional or clearance offers, where stated.
05 Refunds
Once your return or complaint has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you about the refund process.
Refunds may be issued through the available payment method or another mutually agreed method, depending on how the order was paid.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request the necessary details to process an approved refund.
06 Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, Chitrali Products may cover the applicable return shipping cost.
If a return is requested for another reason, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
07 Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be sent subject to availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, such as a refund or store credit where applicable.
08 Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
